So, as Canadians we thoughtfully work towards caring to beautifully change ourselves, so that we can transform our own lives because we care much about our own Canadian communities, we care about our vastly resourceful beautiful country and we care about our amazing universal beautiful world. We are building a strong city of caring hope. We are designing brick by brick. We are more than making sense of caring madness of life. Yes sometimes “we the people” we waver like simple, fragile, delicate, naturally beautiful leaves tossed and influencingly influenced by the winds of change. As Canadians someone can choose to literally kick in the door of our fragile, illusionary “glass house”, shattering our valued peaceful, privileged Canadian safe comfort zone(s). As very busy caring Canadians someone can choose to literally kick in the door of our comfortable safe Canadian home, our cute Canadian apartment or expensive, luxurious, trendily gentrified Canadian condo. How can we heal ourselves as caring Canadians and heal others, if as caring Canadians we are intentionally hurting every so very deeply? As Canadians we are so confused. As Canadians we say we care about social justice but lo and behold we are very caring, thoughtful, compassionate, peacekeeping Canadians choose to continue leading in hurting social justice demonstrably, domestically in Canada and also internationally. As Canadians we choose to live diabolical, hilarious, ridiculously socially unjust privileged lives in our illusionary safe, privileged Canadian “glass houses”. As caring Canadians some of us beat ourselves up, as we freak out and as we go crazy busy choosing to hurt/disrespect ourselves and choosing to hurt/disrespect others, and we Canadians choose to hurt/disrespect this beautiful caring world/mother earth, as we choose to enjoy social justice by choosing to simply complicated relationships during the deeply disturbing darkness of our Canadian souls, and under feigned illusionary cover of the deeper darkness . Though honestly the main concern/solution is inside deeper within us not outside us. Yes the broken door is once again the symptom(s) of our problem today and our intentional solution(s) are within our power: each one of us all personally and collectiv…ely, we can become the sustainable solution(s). The beautiful solution(s) are a personal choice inside the team of us the people: (we tenants, you the landlord, our city police and we together as our community building a respectful, responsible, resourcefully successful winning team). So about resolving/addressing safety at the apartment and replacing the door/locks? Mark, how can you help us resolve with this situation/Canadian opportunity.
I believe, so I am happy
Positive thinking/energy is ongoing, growth, development and creative energy frequency of matter within environment given an inspiring/explosively (re)creative stimulus. Consider this for a moment, presently, I am inspired because, I have all I need to become happy, beautiful, wealthy and healthy.
I am conscious, content and compassionate, so I am happy. Some people fret about trying to manipulatively control others and thus kind of lose control of themselves and go crazy drunk with greedy lust for insane insatiable/unquenchable power thirst. There is so much in, on and all around our beautiful universal planet earth for everyone to become happy, healthy and wealthy.
So awaken, arise and stand up strong, speak up strong, organize/plan and do whatever is necessary, by whatever compassionate means necessary to assertively respect your own natural universal inalienable Human Rights (great sovereign birthright) freedom and dignity, you’ve got to do it yourself, for yourself for others around your and for your beautiful awesome creative expanding shared community space/time. Remember no one else can do that for you, no one is going to drop out of the blue and hand you your respective own natural universal inalienable Human Rights (great sovereign birthright) freedom and dignity. So awaken, arise and stand up strong, speak up strong, organize/plan and do whatever is necessary, by whatever compassionate means necessary assertively respect yourself, “know thyself” and be happy, become healthy and be compassionately wealthy.
For sure, I believe we are instinctively for some strange looking for attractive creative attention because we seek to present ourselves as likeable and to be appreciated. And we think life is magic, yet life is pretty simple. Yes there is a lot going on life universally (all around us).
Each one and everything has a beautiful purpose. Life is even better when we have mature and channel our own skillfulness to appreciate our own pattern of great creativity, giving us with a sense of happy positive energetic purpose. In a way we are all phenomenal designs of overlayered multilayered, multicultural beautiful patterns within us, as we map/project sketches.
We are basically a bunch of atoms, balanced out to exist in reality within expanding knowledge and self aware harmony operating in great respectful space. We all resonate great energy that possibly drives, designs and determines to be (and to become) beautifully energetic creativeness/creativity that is focused, overwhelms and overflows from deeper within our unique frequency of life.
We are wise enough to observe and to hopefully make sense of our own thriving environment. Hope makes us feel good, like spice makes feel and taste good/great. So we too can awaken to our different beautiful expressions of our universal great beauty. We are vessels that architecturally capture and harness light and magnetic fields in line with our own field of electromagnetic energy.
We all have all it takes to be successful/happy. We all have the (potential, provisional, guaranteed) sense of purpose within our (expanding) universe. I believe: presently, I have all I need to become happy, beautiful, wealthy and healthy. I am conscious, content and compassionate, so I am happy.
From the universe within us we have cultures that we can cultivate and make into something creatively beautiful. Same as if we are cultured we are respectful, smart and resourceful enough have refreshing visionary leadership to simple rest/sit together and break bread together.
Life is whatever we believe is best for us. Basically I suggest that we may appear to be, but honestly I feel we aint interested in money or power or controlling great energetic resources, reason being we are considerate, we innately know we don’t know and we will know much, so we content ourselves with either corruptly amassing more and more insatiably then we get trapped/enslaved in our own greedy filth like pigs wallow in dirty messy shit, or we awaken to realizing the beauty of living/leaving simply. After all we got whatever we have freely so freely give abundantly wisely within each fruitful season of life.
Sometimes in life we get carried away with our own life circumstances. I like to encourage myself. I believe we are all really awesome, just we are greatly as beautiful as we want to become.
Consider this for a moment, we aint interested in money or power or controlling great energetic resources, we simply want simple or great hope that we are beautiful just as we are simply self+constitutionally great. Each one of us and everything is great just as it is. And yes, I am great just as I am!
Yes we can alter this into something else that is still great just as it is, hopefully with sustainable integrity. We all want some kind of hope, encouragement and hopefully compassionate inspiration. As a smart, simple wise universal being within an awesome community, raised in a great ancestral cultural heritage (possibly) by wonderful parents, So I believe: in whatever state of rich abundance, or in simpleness of poverty, annoying ignorance or stressful disease or in all amazing pervasive wonderful creatively deeply healing happiness or in whatever state of mindfulness that I am in presently, I have all I need to become happy, beautiful, wealthy and healthy.

Don’t matter what people say, think or if people like you, are attracted to you or not, be your happy successful beautiful self. Remember consider how to succeed at being your smart, great sovereign, individual/collective beautiful self! I am encouraged to be brilliant. I believe in life is simple really: Success is based on the distinguishing character, sentiment, moral nature, or guiding beliefs of a person, cultural group and/or institution. I am happy just I am I am not interested in political power, because I am already great as have I was born with (we are all born with various unique skills of such beautiful mosaic) great sovereign political spiritual rightful, free and dignified power.
I am successful ethically. I am attractive. I am proven, tested and tried and I will/I have been found worth of great leadership. I am great ethical company. I am made of deep(er) intrinsic great environmental awareness as part of my natural great self leading business ethos. I am great at team building because I am a great team. Having a great team is important, and it is more important to be your own great champion self team leader. Do not be not low pimp using other people.
Respect yourself. Respect others. Make a great way for others to succeed beautifully. Build a great team with great human capacity. There is a common thread through human progress. It seems like human have jurisdiction over matters of important constitutional value(s). Political influential power/strategy is a great tool/within a well equipped political strategic toolkit, used to manipulate political cultural and economic power, hence politics is used to legitimize social control, policy and economics.
Politics is a game of brilliant economic strategy that effects social resources distribution of the “national cake”. This is why (and why not eh!) according to the power-political economics the “government of the day” policies like “slavery” was and still is acceptable to the “vital business interests” of ruling European-colonial/neo-colonial mindset. Democracy is a smoke screen for carving out economic resources/key decision makers/making. To succeed in like we require attractive, smart, attentively adaptable brilliant political strategy. I will be successful and I am successful because I am a winner! I am sovereign.
I have a natural great desire to win and to be (birth)rightfully free and dignified. I am brave. I am born winner. I am willing to compete with any smart successful Tom, Dick, Harry or Jane, Grace or whomsoever else. We are all members of the human community And the human community is great.
Similarly the Kalenjin community in Kenya/Africa is great. The Kalenjin community has be strategically placed nationally in Kenyan politics for 50years, with very little meaningful results for our Kalenjin community, except for a few Kalenjin people/families getting very rich at the expense of (using) the entire Kalenjin community. Remember: have a brilliant personal political strategy…!
Do whatever you’ve got to do compassionately to succeed and to be happy! This in akin/similar to politics/political strategy in Canada, but in Canada social economic quality standards of life is way better than Kenya. Both Canada and Kenya are great countries to live in. And like everywhere else worldwide, in Kenya there is competitive/cooperative political strategic shifting alliances.
For example the recent: SUGOI DECLARATION!! Yesterday’s end of year (2015) consultative meeting for leaders drawn from North, Central and South Rift that was held in Sugoi farm was a culmination of other several strategy meetings held in the recent past in a bid to marshal troops behind the Deputy President. Over 16,000 leaders key among them CSs, Governors, senators, MPs, MCAs and other grassroots leaders endorsed the political direction which the region will take prior to, during and after 2017 general elections.
The dice is cast and for those doubting they will see the import of this significant statement in days to come. 2022 succession politics is a key factor that has led to change of tactic by the DP. 2017 election of national office bearers is a foregone conclusion. What the digital team is strategizing now maths beyond 2017.
The idea is brilliant however two factors will be critical for successful implementation of the strategy. These are; fair primaries for JPK and identification of acceptable and right running mate for WSR in 2022. Everyone is behind you.
As a leader you have to chart the way forward and lead in the front. Conduct free and open nominations and identify your running mate with the highest degree of precision and the ride will be smooth. I believe we can attain our natural greatness, we are are already great. I dont have to please no one including myself. I am already pleasant. I was born pleasant, composed, knit together, created beautiful, smart, great and powerful.
I am very elated because, I can simply live/believe my already real, soverign, resourceful great beauty. It is my refreshing, visionary, leading duty to care within my community, for my destiny and for the destiny of my entire (universally tiny) human family.
I have a right to be! I have a right to be happy. How is it that our seemily poor/mostly coloured populated neibourhoods are heavily policed, hence the eager, pre-determined/pre-meditated identification of high incidences of higher crime rates, justifying, inciting, undue lack of faith through vilification, promoting fear, lack of admiration, respect and universal Human Rights, freedom and dignity of all people, as we are all one human family.
I believe in simple honest truth. Nobody is a threat to another unless you are trying to protect something or someone that think they are strong high and might, but that in reality is so weak that they cannot protect, serve or help or sustain themselves/itself, but by being corrupt, greedy and busy promoting grave injustices, killings, totally unnecessary wars/conflicts (flippantly called vital business or war), wasting/mis-spending valuable personal, private, government and universal resources. We have great individual soverign rights, freedom, justice, dignity and great opportunities.
I believe there is way more than vast abundant great opportunity for one and for all people, animals and things to be happy, wealthy, healthy and thrive greatly/sustainably. Same as I am refreshed, visionary, I am simple becoming strong on my great social justice mindset!

Great things can happen on my unique path in life, when I am thinking creatively. I am loving being beautifully present alive, awaken consciously, content & compassionate. As I pledge my …support for art, culture, heritage & progressive science that enriches community.
With great grateful perspective, I agree fine acts are great, yet aesthetic can wholesomely reasonably exceed expectations. I believe considerate community abhors harm & should we care to we can address neglect, hurt & ugly mean bullying that may be subtle or overt within all types of supposedly elite communities. Whereas there is great enterprise within all our increasingly mutually beneficial, progressively multicultural communities, sometimes I feel much can be gained by simple self awareness.
There is hope that we can succeed greatly. Though much is wasted in vain pursuits of ignorance, poverty, greed & obesity of all manner of disease. Pleasurable indignation & easily mutant convertible comfortable complacency tend to act with repulsive repugnant irksomeness towards unusual edgy radical appropriate approach to trend setting explorations of self growth, development & achievement of full powerful potential in life.
We can continuously succeed at reengineering human(e) capacity building, by going way beyond our universal known & unknown bright shining beautiful stars that presently merely smart tiny trigger embers deeper within us/me.

So, who are the “pretty”/charismatic leading faces, the public faces/the public relations faces of Canadian politics?
The incumbent Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, is running in Calgary Southwest riding for the 2015 election, with the Conservative Party. The Conservative party in the last elections won: 166 seats, 39.62% and currently has 160 seats. Stephen Joseph Harper (born April 30, 1959) is the 22nd and current Prime Minister of Canada and the Leader of the Conservative Party. Harper became prime minister in 2006, forming a minority government. Something about Stephen’s education, family and life. Harper was born and raised in Toronto, the first of three sons of Margaret (née Johnston) and Joseph Harris Harper, an accountant at Imperial Oil. He attended Northlea Public School and, later, John G. Althouse Middle School and Richview Collegiate Institute, both in Central Etobicoke. He graduated in 1978, and was a member of Richview Collegiate’s team on Reach for the Top, a television quiz show for Canadian high school students. Harper enrolled at the University of Toronto but dropped out after two months. He then moved to Edmonton, Alberta, where he found work in the mail room at Imperial Oil. Later, he advanced to work on the company’s computer systems. He took up post-secondary studies again at the University of Calgary, where he completed a bachelor’s degree in economics. He later returned there to earn a master’s degree in economics, completed in 1993. Harper has kept strong links to the University of Calgary, where he often lectured. Harper is the first prime minister since Joe Clark without a law degree. Harper became involved in politics as a member of his high school’s Young Liberals Club. He later changed his political allegiance because he disagreed with the National Energy Program (NEP) of Pierre Trudeau‘s Liberal government. He became chief aide to Progressive Conservative MP Jim Hawkes in 1985, but later became disillusioned with both the party and the government of Brian Mulroney, especially the administration’s fiscal policy and its inability to fully revoke the NEP until 1986. He left the PC Party that same year. Stephen was then recommended by the University of Calgary‘s economist Bob Mansell to Preston Manning, the founder and leader of the Reform Party of Canada. At that time Harper, “didn’t see himself as a politician,” Mansell told CBC News in 2002, adding, “Politics was not his first love.” Manning invited him to participate in the party, and Harper gave a speech at Reform’s 1987 founding convention in Winnipeg. He became the Reform Party’s Chief Policy Officer, and he played a major role in drafting the 1988 election platform. He resigned his parliamentary seat on January 14, 1997, the same day that he was appointed as a vice-president of the National Citizens Coalition (NCC), a conservative think-tank and advocacy group. Soon after leaving Parliament, Harper and Tom Flanagan co-authored an opinion piece entitled “Our Benign Dictatorship“, which argued that the Liberal Party only retained power through a dysfunctional political system and a divided opposition. Harper and Flanagan argued that national conservative governments between 1917 and 1993 were founded on temporary alliances between Western populists and Quebec nationalists, and were unable to govern because of their fundamental contradictions. The authors called for an alliance of Canada’s conservative parties, and suggested that meaningful political change might require electoral reforms such as proportional representation. “Our Benign Dictatorship” also commended Conrad Black‘s purchase of the Southam newspaper chain, arguing that his stewardship would provide for a “pluralistic” editorial view to counter the “monolithically liberal and feminist” approach of the previous management. In 1997, Harper delivered a controversial speech on Canadian identity to the Council for National Policy, a conservative American think tank. He made comments such as “Canada is a Northern European welfare state in the worst sense of the term, and very proud of it”, “if you’re like all Americans, you know almost nothing except for your own country. Which makes you probably knowledgeable about one more country than most Canadians”, and “the NDP [New Democratic Party] is kind of proof that the Devil lives and interferes in the affairs of men.” These statements were made public and criticized during the 2006 election. Harper argued that the speech was intended as humour, and not as serious analysis. He was promoted to NCC president later in the year. He is credited with creating Reform’s campaign slogan, “The West wants in!”

He is the Member of Parliament for Central Nova and current Minister of Justice and Attorney General in the Cabinet of Canada. He is married to Nazanin Afshin-Jam an Iranian-Canadian model, singer, and human rights activist, and a former Miss World Canada. Politically, Peter is strategically positioning himself quite ambitiously.
Thomas Joseph “Tom” Mulcair (born October 24, 1954) is the leader of the New Democratic Party of Canada (NDP), as well as the Leader of the Official Opposition in Canada. Tom represents the Outremont riding, and his New Democratic Party (NDP) has 95 seats in the Canadian House of Commons. What do we know and what can we learn now about Tom Mulcair? Tom was born to a French-Canadian mother, Jeanne (née Hurtubise), and an Irish-Canadian father, Harry Donnelly Mulcair. He is the second-oldest of the couple’s ten children, and grew up fluently bilingual. His maternal great-great-grandfather was the 9th Premier of Quebec, Honoré Mercier. Mulcair was raised in the Wrightville district of Hull (now Gatineau) and in Laval, just north of Montreal. He graduated from Laval Catholic High School, and in Social Sciences from CEGEP Vanier College. Mulcair graduated from McGill University in 1977 with degrees in common law and civil law. During his penultimate year, he was elected president of the McGill Law Students Association, and sat on the council of the McGill Student Union. Tom has been married to Catherine Pinhas since 1976; she is a psychologist who was born in France to a Sephardic Jewish family from Turkey. Elizabeth Evans May (born June 9, 1954, is an American-born Canadian environmentalist, writer, activist, lawyer), Elizabeth represents Saanich-Gulf Islands riding and she is leader of the Green Party with 2 seats in the Canadian House of commons.
Mario Beaulieu (born 1959/1960, is a Quebecois nationalist) is leader of the Bloc Québécois, (BP) with 2 seats in the Canadian House of Commons. Mario represents La Pointe-de-I’lle riding.
And, Jean-François Fortin (born September 12, 1973), is running in Avignon-La Mitis-Matane-Matapedia riding and he is leader of the Forces et Démocratie (FD Party, a new Quebec-only political party dedicated to representing the province’s regions), FD Party has 2 seats in the Canadian House of commons. The Canadian Parliamentary House of Commons has a total of 338 seats, with 170 seats required to for a majority Canadian government. I am running for the Halifax Member of Parliament (MP) seat/riding, as an Independent candidate.

WeI am More Than My Body
I don’t want to go to heaven
Find/make time to have, create and share a heavenly moment. I don’t wanna go to heaven, that’s an illusion. i want to make my heaven down here on earth, right here, right now. we can hurt or we can heal and we can have heaven right here on earth. And our beloved ones are always with us spiritually and with us physically (within each an every cell of our own bodies). Healing can take time. And moaning the loss of our beloved ones takes time and may go on forever, depending on our own personal maturity of attitude(s). I still think about my dad, I think of my maternal grandmother and I think of my paternal grand father (Luka). I was very close to them. My grandmother died last year at about 110years old. And, now I feel even closer to her/to them, because I feel like and I am so confidently connected, so strongly to the scientific fact, that they continue to live within me. They continue to live within my children. Every so often when I look at my children, I see can see them (my dad, my grandmother, my grandmother and also my ancestors). When I see my children doing something (or saying/behaving in a certain way), in a some specific random way, it is the very same way that my dad or my grandmother or my grand parents (Luka and Chepo-Barmatek, my grandmother and my own father) would spontaneously behave. How amazing how this makes me feel so present. And now, I find that I do things the very same way that my mother does (I walk like my mother). I am a resourceful, excellent manager/a very self-reliant manager and I am a very self-sufficient person like my mother. I talk in parables like my father and my grandfather (my dad’s dad), though I reason/I think like my mum. I am a tall as my dad and as dark-skin toned like mum. I am a serious as my dad (I never saw him laugh even once in my lifetime, as long as I knew him, that’s about 25 years) and I am as studious/hard working as my mum. When we were young growing up on the family farm, up in the undulating, green, lush East African/Kenyan Great Rift Valley, my mum would wake up very early at around 4.30am in the morning to milk the cows. We had about 100 cattle and about 20 milking cows. And my mum would be working on the farm all day, come rain or blazing hot African equatorial sunshine. She would work all day long until she was feeling so tired and ready for bed around 11pm at night. I find that I have my mother diligent work ethics. Though my mom has an amazing, phenomenal memory. She’d remember very specific details like the liters of milk, the number of barrels (debes) of corn/maize, the number of tomatoes/vegetables that each and every farm worker and/or neighbour owed (we had anywhere 5-15 farm workers per month. And the amazing thing is that mum doesn’t know how to read or write much. So she did not write any information. She memorized all her information/data. Anyways, let come back from memory down memory lane. Let’s focus on this moment. Let us sit down together and like a good meal/food, come let us get together and let us share this beautiful moment together, because: we are one. Let us care for each other. Let us hurt together. Let us heal together. Let us encourage each other on our different/unique paths in this adventurous journey of life. So come people, come let us reason together. Let us connect to source. Whether near or far away we are all one together, “dead” or “alive” we are all one together, happy or sad we are all one together. This simple concept of unity with source, of oneness, of togetherness is a healing, healthy, happy, respectful, fulfilling, beautiful heaven at this very moment, as we are sharing this moment, right here, right now. We can make meaningful connections to ourselves and then we can start to make meaningful connections with others and we can connect/relate to each and every other thing/things all around us. This very rudimentary, very basic, very simple, very beautiful, very humbling-ly and very connecting understanding, idea/thought and feeling helps to make me feel so beautifully connected to my own self, to my own purpose in life and to my African cultural heritage/roots and to our African cultural wisdom. Yes, healing (and moaning) takes time especially when we feel lonely or when we feel so distant and so hurting… these are time when we feel like we need honest caring encouragement, non-judgemental understanding and these are tough times when even tough we are tough and strong, we still need tough, strong, caring honest support. So yes, healing, growing, and learning to celebrate life (whatever our circumstances), are skills that take time to develop and live by. Honestly literally everything and everyone is connected (we are all divergent different uniquely beautiful multicultural variations of that same creation/creator). We are all one. So, inherently missing another person (perhaps when you feel you miss a person whom you care about so much, you are feeling like you are so missing them), in essence you are feeling like you are missing a part of yourself. You are missing yourself. You are missing your beautiful connectedness to source. So basically you are feeling disconnected from your beautiful source. You are feeling a desire to reconnect to your beautiful self and to strengthen your connection to your beautiful source. Because a healthy connection to our source is healing, nurturing, caring, feels so organically encouraging and a healthy healing connection to our source feels so natural and feels so beautiful and feels so effortless, yet it is so, so valuable and so respectful and so resourceful and so responsible. And, feeling like we miss something or miss someone or that we desire something(s), means that we desire more of ourselves. And, it means that we care to understand more of ourselves and we desire to become more connected to our source. Because we are intertwined. We are all intertwined. We are all one. We are all beautiful. The stronger we are intentionally connected to our own beautiful, natural, cultural source (our beginning), the more be grow stronger, the more we heal, the more we can become more beautiful, because we can feel so beautifully connected to our own beautiful source/beginning, like a strong tree connected deeply to the roots, deep within the beautiful soil/ground, from where the beautiful seed once fell beautifully in love and took root beautifully, to enable us to heal sustainably and to enable to grow beautifully… if and when we become strongly connected/reconnected to our source/to our beautiful parents, to our beautiful ancestoral culture(s) and this can give us beautiful caring, loving hope and promise for believing in a hope for a better beautiful today and tomorrow. So this is why i say i don’t wanna go to heaven, i already have my heaven right here, right now. My beautiful encouraging heaven is cherishing this beautiful moment, as i share my beautiful moment of heaven on earth with you, and you make me feel encouraged, beautiful and strong, because you/we all are so beautiful. This is my heaven, right here, right now, at this beautiful heavenly/earthly moment. Find/make time to have, create and share a heavenly moment.
